of our
favourite place
Along gravel roads deep in the South Umbrian Hills, you will get to La Pupazza, situated next to our family home.
Daniela and Francesco, the beating hearts of our family, purchased the original house 30 years ago when it was just a little country cottage.
The name
There is a carving of a tiny doll (“pupazza”) in one of the original stones found in the house that the Bed & Breakfast takes the name from.
That stone was salvaged and later rehomed into one of the main walls of the building that hosts your accommodation.
A peaceful retreat
It's here that
we encourage kindness
and promote wellbeing.
Over time, Daniela e Francesco changed the original structure bit by bit and turned it into the beautiful home that it is today: a little suite, our secret shelter, a peaceful oasis to preserve and to share with friends.
